KONICHIWA! Hello everyone, I'm blogging all the way from Japan. I'm finally here after more than 7hours of flying, and I'm dying of rest. I complaining tired but I'm not sleeping yet as I'm waiting for hair to dry.


My roomie is actually sleeping away while I watch my drama and whatsapp with my friends who are in Singapore. I was so tempted to take medical leave in order to join colleagues for some fun tonight. But I guess I really need to stop:( I have been partying nonstop and I don't think mum likes it. :(

Bad start! OCTOBER :(

I'm just less than a week away from turning 21 and I don't know I'm looking forward.

October just started and my mood was really screwed on the first day of October. It's my fav month yet bad start. I had my monthly appointment with specialist at Changi Gerenal Hospital. I've already booked appointment at 1550hr but I waited till almost 1800hr! Worst part is not about waiting! The doctors available was juniors and I had a bad experience with a junior doctor from my last appointment.

As she started reading my details and all. Next thing was she said that I do not have any fracture but is a sprain! She assumed that I have been putting the splint that was given to me and commented that I didn't allow my thumb to exercise so is stiff and that's why is hurting. But hello!!! I haven't been wearing it for one month! She pissed me off and I immediate requested for a senior doctor! But it didn't solve my problem. All they did was to push me to a hand specialist-.-

It's totally wasting my time. I left office earlier and I wanted to go back to finish my work but the wait was turn off and the doctors are major turn off! Ok going to send in my complain email tomorrow for sure!

If you have any problem, and want to seek for a hospital... Never, never ! Choose CGH (changi general hospital!)

New Looks

Konichiwa. How's the new blog header pictures? I'm not someone who is very good in doing photoshop, so I used Picasa. Look at those pictures and see the differences. I will tell you what's the differences at the end of the post so continue reading alright?

I had my last flight today before I starts my off days and annual leaves. I was so unwilling to wake up early and get myself prepared for work because there's no taxi pickup for this flight :( I do stay near the airport but still.. It's a weekend :(

So this is one of the MAI crew for my yangon flight. 

I'm thankfully for the set of crews on both sectors and also, it always make me feel good to be compliment by passengers. The motivation to push me on. 

And one of my colleague asks me, ' what's my plan after I complete my bond?' Seriously, I did think through before. I wanted to go back to school or maybe schooling and working at the same time again. I know it's not easy to do so because I went through it. I also thought of continue working all the way. Be it here in Jetstar or maybe move out of airline industry. I'm still a little uncertain. I hate making decisions :(

I just need some time. If some company is willing to offer me a better offer, I might just leave anytime. I'll miss flying for sure.

And to girls/guys who likes to know more about my job, feel free to ask me!

 And here's the answer to my question on the first part of the post. The difference is my hair. I've tried short and long hair. Which hairstyle do you think suit me?

I know I have been missing out too many updates so here I am to update all my readers:) Sorry to keep all of you waiting. There's still a few more post not posted up yet because I still need some time. Please continue visiting!

I'm back to work as mentions in the previous post. and for the month of August, I'm doing more of Japan, Osaka flights for the month of August. In total, I've 3 Osaka layovers. This may be something good and also bad.

Let's talk about the good.
1.More money and hours.
2.Short getaway(free)
3.Shopping

The Bad:
1.spend money
2.Tiring
3.Screw bodyclock

 Because of not working for almost 1 month, I was dying to do more flights so I can cover up whatever money I lost during the hospitalization leaves period. More flights = lesser rest. I was really tired and bad roommate for layover will make everything worst.

And on my last Osaka layover, 2 crews decided to report sick and caused the set of crew to change:( Spoil my plan of having my own room. DAMN! And Colin texted me to ask if I have any kakis who wants to go with me but that person has to be on off day. First person I thought of was Aries. Why her? Because we were chatting away in the group chat and I asked her. She wasn't really willing to because we are so happen to be heading out for high tea and if she were to go, mean no rest before flight and very last minute. But still, she agrees to go. Thank you for being willing to fly with me and accompany me. I've no idea how will it be like without someone I'm close with or someone I know.

This is Aries and myself.

I cant remember exactly where we took this but if I did not remember wrongly, it should be taken at a nearby place, Rinku Town. It was late at night and we supposed to be heading back. But I was telling her that there's wifi right outside the shopping center. So we decided to sit down out-of-nowhere and use the wifi. I've no idea how long we sat for. HAHA!

And it's a must to visit the drug store at Rinku Town. Why? Because the things they sell there, is much more cheaper. And you can find most of the items you want there. From cosmetics to facial product, to females daily use to diet pills, and etc. Aries was helping her friend to get KOSE product which happens to be on sale (30% discount). She recommended me this KOSE Peel-Off Mask.

Aries and I wanted to take a picture together but failed to do so. You should know that you are not supposed to talk/smile/laugh or whatever-so-ever while doing mask. But we just can't help it by laughing whenever we stare at the camera. So in the end, I gave up. One thing about my mask, I didn't apply very thick. You should apply thick enough that you don't see much of your skin. Let it dry natural, no aircon or fan please. 

Enough of facial product. Let me show you Japan's nightmarket (Pasar Malam).

That's the train station and Kansai International Airport. Yes, I stay just few one building away from the airport. Anyway, Japan's fair is so different from what we have in Singapore. They have all sort of stuffs and even live concert going on. WEIRD RIGHT? I did not have a walk at the fair because it's way too crowded.

And what's the point of having Polaroid if I don't take any photo right? So here you go. We actually took a lot of Polaroid but just too unglam that I don't want to post it up :X I didn't have my self-shot mirror as Jiahao didn't return it back to me. So all the pictures was a little out of way. Some turns out good though.

I really thankful for Aries. If you weren't there with me, I'll probably die during work. She was really nice to give up her rest time on flight to me. (but she did complain after that). Gossip, do mask together, vain shot together and all the other stuffs. Thank you. Let's do this again during winter.

Osaka- 10 Aug'12

OHAIYO (Good Morning)
Yes, I'm heading to Osaka again. 

Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to those who actually specially text, whatsapp, call and etc to concern about me. If you're wondering why, just continue reading on and you will know.

It was my first flight out after being away from work for super long and I was praying hard that passengers load will be light. And thankfully, the passengers load was light and not busy at all. I had a great nonsense session with my set of crew. Thankful for everyone, including the flight deck crews! :)

Landed there on time and headed back to room changed. Headed to have dinner and also a little shopping at Rinku. Missed the last bus and had to spend more money on the train. Their train fare is expensive:( Back to room and watch my drama. And felt kinda sick. I was actually running high fever, coughing and having very bad headache. Suck to be me:(

So I turn in for the night early. And woke up in the afternoon the next day. Shower and headed out shopping myself. Main motive was to get food. And after that, headed back to prepare for flight back.

 

Gift for D. 

Landed in Taipei and went to get congee for myself and beef noodle got captain Alvin. I got myself some snack at duty free as well. Yummy! I think I ate too much food for the flight back. Damn. All the way back to Singapore lots of nonsense from Jimmy, Arnold and Captain Alvin.. Thankful for all of you who made this flight fun!

One-handed

Some of you might have know that my left thumb is fracture and I'm away from work more than half a month already.

After this incident, I realised how important my hands are to me. I have been very low during this period. I have to bear with the staring by people. People making fun of my fracture hand. I may not seen to be sad or unhappy about it but actually I am. It never something I want at all. I don't blame the lady who did this to me.. After there's still risk in my job. 

I'm still waiting to see specialist. I took my cast out and trying to see stretch a little. I can't really move much.. Don't even say about straightening my fingers.

A little prayer for myself:
God, I really wish to recover. I pray for your mighty healing upon my hand. And I ask that this August,a brand new month, would be a good one! :)

And I can't wait for September! Short getaway!

Hello everyone! How's my new hair color? It's kinda too bright for work but I think it will slowly fade off. I can't decide whether to cut my fringe slightly short or bang or leave is like this? The above picture I did blow my hair so it looks neat and nicer.

Anyway, I spent my off day sleeping away. I really felt so tired that I keep sleeping on and on. And did meet up with Sis and brother for dinner on the 5th day of work.

A incident happen during work. As usual, I'll report to work early and all. During boarding, passenger decided to see my hand too pretty that she must do something to it.. (KIDDING). I will say the passenger didn't see my hand and dropped her luggage on my hand. It hurts very badly that I was offloaded from flight. I couldn't fly and I was in terrible pain that I want to cry so badly. ( I did cry )

Headed back to office after being stuck at immigration for a moment and then write report first before I could head off for X-ray. Doctor says it's all fine but hand still hurts like nobody business. Worst of all, it's actually on my old injury :( Will see how it goesssss.

I gotta sleep. I have a morning flight tomorrow so can't stay up late. 2nd day of work tomorrow! FIGHTING! 3 more days to go after that!

No pain, no gain!

4th day of flight tomorrow! And I'm really feeling very tired. I can't wait for my off days to come! I need to tune my body clock to normal. I haven't get use to morning flights. And what's worst is that.. I'm being scheduled for all morning flights this period! It's really terrible to get up at 3plus in the morning just for work and get home almost at 4plus or even later in the afternoon.

Im trying hard to keep myself healthy and not fall sick! May the lord bless me and I thank god for everything! :))

OSAKA BANANA

Hello readers, sorry to keep all of you waiting for this new post. I have been busy with work that I didn't have much time to upload pictures into my laptop and sit down in front of my laptop to think and type a post.

The morning that I left to Osaka. Taken when I was waiting for the taxi uncle to pick me up.

Anyway, work is really crazy and is draining my money in my bank :( I was activated to fly to Osaka on 13May which I said in the previous post. So I flew over with my awesome sister, Kayjay! We shared a room as well.

During flight, we took turn to take power nap secretly! Thank you to the girls who look after the cabin while I was resting away. I was really dread tired because my night was disturb and I couldn't sleep well. During flight, we were discussing whether to go out or to just sleep. In the end, we decided to go out to shop and have dinner. But the 763 crews wasted so much time to prepare :(

Had dinner at the food court instead of the restaurant because it was all FULL HOUSE :( But the food court food was great as well and expensiveeee :( Kayjay and I didn't get to go to the big Daiso! WASTED! We only managed to shop at the supermarket and then left. Headed back to hotel and sleep!

Next morning, Kayjay and I spent our time at the airport and headed back to rest before reporting for work.

This Osaka was enjoyable because I have kayjay with me. Without her, I'll probably stay in the room and rot my day off.

 I wasn't in my best condition to do flight but I still went. My eyes were very swollen, red and uncomfortable. :(

Honestly, I wasn't looking forward to this Osaka trip because I didn't have the motivation to work. The boy kept me accompanied on the boy till late night. I managed to catch some rest before work. Pick up with Berry who happen to stay near me. She's such an adorable girl.

It wasn't easy for me to work due to my eyes. I have to avoid as much eye contact with passengers at all times. Thankful that it wasn't really busy flight and everything went smooth till we landed in Osaka. First thing was to check-in hotel and I got myself a room. The crews and pilots planned to meet in half an hour time so I headed to room and have a quick shower and off to meet the people at lobby! 

Train-ed to supermarket and off to dinner! Dinner was so-so only. The pork wasn't as awesome as the previous visit! :( Kinda disappointing. Anyway, we had red wines and beer. Captain was highhhh ~ haha. Kinda funny.

Train-ed back to hotel and I left the group first because I was rushing back to my room to check my phone for his messages :D I thought I missed it but actually I didn't! I was so glad that I was able to talk to you. After the long video call, I headed over to junior's room and here we start the second rounddd ~ My sleepy eyes were killing me and Patricia didn't want to let us off like this. I managed to escape after the 4th bottle of whisky! Headed back and really fall asleeepp.

Woke up at 7plus, Osaka time, to chat with him and supposed to meet the other crews at 8plus. NONE OF THEM WOKE UP ON TIME! I waited till 10plus:( We headed to Rinku for breakfast cum lunch and a little shopping before we headed back to room and prepare for work.

Afterall, I had fun even though I was broke and trying to control every of my spending. Thank you to all the crews and of course him who accompanied me! <3

OSAKA- APRIL 2012

Finally after like 3months of not being scheduled or able to swap for a Osaka flight, I managed to get it. And this time flying with batchie. I have never been to layover with any of my batchieeee :( Only with jingping and Colleen. So I really excited to be out of Singapore with my dear batchieee <3 

The flight was tiring because it wasn't busy and I didn't really get to rest before work. And the day before I woke up at 6.30am for work. :(

Anyway, I didn't really took much pictures because I was really enjoying myself. We met other flight crews there and headed for dinner and supper together!

We didn't have the time to shower before heading out. So we went back to hotel to change and left to Rinku. We wanted to catch the shuttle bus but missed the timing. :( So train-ed there.

5 of us chose to have the beef while Captain and the other two CSMs chose something different from us.

This meal costs us almost 20SGD and we each had a beer each. Captain treats for the beer! :)
